Located at 5309 US Hwy 421 South in Lillington, the county seat of Harnett County, our office is accessible within twenty minutes from any place in Harnett County, southern Wake County, and northern Cumberland County. J.E. Womble & Sons, the parent company of J.E. Womble Realty is a family owned business of three generations. George Womble, BS degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and MBA degree University of South Carolina, founded the Construction and Realty division in 1980. This division has grown from a one person operation to twelve people dedicated to meeting the real estate needs of our market area.

My name is Jill Eagan and I am Broker in Charge for Womble Realty. I love working with people as I have started many organizations promoting and maximizing others and believing that we all are capable of being “more than.” I have taken this concept into finding and selling homes for my clients. It is my joy to have an incredible journey with each client who comes to me.

I love real estate and have been creating and working in transactions most of my career life. I have worked in mortgage loans, new construction, roofing, leasing and marketing from Florida to North Carolina. My background also includes teaching every grade level in the public school and community college. I am an entrepreneur at heart and have created many businesses including an Irish Dance team, the Conservatory of Fine Arts, Kindermonkey Learning Books, and my nonprofit organization Writing, Music & Film society.

Life is an amazing journey and at the end of the day we need a beautiful place to come home to – a place of peace and refuge. As we make our journey in selling and finding your home, we will not only find a “more than” home that you deserve but we will have a “more than experience” along the way. My name is Shirley Zimmer, and I am a broker with Womble Realty. Before becoming a real estate broker, I worked within the public school system, where I focused on promoting a safe, healthy, and encouraging environment while supporting individuals through communication and guidance.

My goal as a real estate broker is to help clients find not just a house, but a place they can truly call home — whether it is a permanent residence, a temporary space, a place to raise a family, or somewhere to enjoy retirement. I understand the importance of finding the right neighborhood, location, and atmosphere that feels warm, welcoming, and unique to each client’s needs.
