My name is Jill Eagan and I am Broker in Charge for Womble Realty.

I love working with people as I have started many organizations promoting and maximizing others and believing that we all are capable of being “more than.”  I have taken this concept into finding and selling homes for my clients. It is my joy to have an incredible journey with each client who comes to me.

I love real estate and have been creating and working in transactions most of my career life. I have worked in mortgage loans, new construction, roofing, leasing and marketing from Florida to North Carolina. My background also includes teaching every grade level in the public school and community college. I am an entrepreneur at heart and have created many businesses including an Irish Dance team, the Conservatory of Fine Arts, Kindermonkey Learning Books, and my nonprofit organization Writing, Music & Film society.  

Life is an amazing journey and at the end of the day we need a beautiful place to come home to – a place of peace and refuge.
